Whitnall Park Rotary Club had our annual Changing of the Guard event on June 18. It's our annual event where we thank the outgoing officers and board and welcome the incoming officers and board. We celebrated the term for outgoing 2024-2025 co-presidents Dan Weber and Rob Petri and looked ahead to the coming term for 2025-2026 president Scott Schenke.
At this event, we also recognize Paul Harris Fellows for the year. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation. This year's recipients included Tim Nicholas, Dan Weber and Judy Weiss.
The club also awarded a Rotarian of the Year award to Rob Petri for his efforts in support of the Club's mission.
